Coldstreame Seafood Ltd are distributors of mail order smoked salmon and salmon gifts. MacGilvray smoke both genuine Scottish wild salmon and, the next best thing, premium grade Scottish farmed salmon. Located in a small rural smokehouse, their carefully selected salmon is cured and oak smoked in a time honoured, traditional method using brick-built kilns.

Their range of scottish salmon produce is available for mail order throughout the UK and available for international delivery to certain countries.
